Who You’ll Work With
The Converse Global Retail Concepts team leads the cross functional work to develop Converse store concepts, partnering with Geo Leads, Brand Design and Marketing teams to launch iterations of these stores in the Global Marketplace--from Pop Up shops to Pinnacle Full Price doors.
Who We Are Looking For
This Retail Concepts & Experience Specialist will operationalize our Global Retail Concept designs and strategies, ensuring the Geography teams have the buildout details and support needed to launch these brand-right spaces in their respective markets. This includes working with the team & cross-functional partners to gather inputs and requirements, build a strategic approach for how these designs can come to life (within financial guardrails), and drive the Concept from design to launch.
What You’ll Work On
As a Retail Concepts & Experience Specialist, you will be accountable for the evaluation of concepts designs for efficiencies and opportunities within the Brand standards and Financial Guardrails in addition to supporting pilot projects including:
- New concept development (consult and inform through the design process)
- New concept launch
- Remodels and floor plan reviews
- Spatial design integration of fixtures in rendered spaces
Operational guide for executing new Concepts, inclusive of:
- Strategic approach and process
- Buildout cost philosophy/ Projected buildout calculator
- Global materials catalog
- Financial guardrails guidance
What You Bring
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience OR
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, experience, or training
- Project and time management
- Construction knowledge/background (retail-specific preferred)
- Fixture/furniture development & design experience
- Budget management (retail-specific preferred)
- Cross-functional communication
- Spatial planning of fixtures in retail spaces for maximum productivity and ease of consumer journey
- Proficiency in Sketchup and Smartsheet a MUST
