As the AVP of Digital Marketing, you will oversee all digital channels to drive acquisition and retention including Paid Search, App, Social, Editorial Content and Media Buying.
You will own all digital activity for the brand in the US, focusing on customer acquisition and retention, while fuelling our growth in the US. Reporting to the CMO – US, you will lead a growing team, facilitating best-in-class campaign delivery and driving continuous development across channels. You will be responsible for acquiring, retaining and running analysis of customer acquisition, with a focus on enhancing the digital function
You will enhance our marketing, analytics, content and technology strategies, leveraging your experience in leading digital for a challenger brand. As a confident leader, you will mentor and motivate your team.
The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $190,000 annually.
Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience in driving performance acquisition across websites and applications.
- Strong understanding of Paid Search and Paid Social as acquisition channels.
- Experience as a leader in a cross-channel role and in building and measuring best-in-class digital activations across multiple marketing channels.
- Ability to use data-driven insights to quickly iterate and methodically improve results.
- Passionate about all things digital, with the ability to lead and inspire.
- Strong commercial awareness, acumen and negotiation skills.
- Proactive and innovative leader.
- Strong understanding of GA4 and AppsFlyer, or similar MMP.
- Experience in the sports or gaming business is a plus.

- Driving working synergies between Digital, Brand and CRM.
- Coaching the team to adopt a data-driven and customer-centric perspective that uncovers opportunities for the Business.
- Creating and enhancing relationships with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment on outcomes, priorities and performance.
- Defining clear hypotheses to identify new opportunities for the Business.
- Overseeing and delivering industry-leading cross-channel marketing campaigns.
- Developing structures, processes and strategies for the digital marketing team, applying best practices and testing frameworks for optimal performance.
