Fluvio is hiring a Vice President of Product Marketing on behalf of an enterprise organization that is a global leader in payment solutions including hardware, software, service, and related offerings.
Position Overview:
As the VP of Product Marketing, you will lead the global product marketing strategy for a cutting-edge payments solutions provider. Your leadership will shape the go-to-market efforts for an innovative portfolio of payment technologies that empower businesses across the globe. This strategic role requires a visionary leader who can balance market insights with creative execution, and collaborate seamlessly with senior executives, product teams, and sales leadership to accelerate business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute global product marketing strategies for a diverse and rapidly evolving payments portfolio.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing product marketing team, driving impactful initiatives that deliver measurable results.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and customer success teams to craft compelling product value propositions.
- Define customer segments, personas, and journey maps to enhance the product’s market positioning.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to guide product evolution.
- Drive sales enablement, creating impactful training programs, materials, and tools to support the sales team.
- Establish KPIs to track and evaluate the impact of product marketing initiatives on business growth.
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in product marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven success in the payments, FinTech, or related industries.
- Experience building and leading high-performance teams and driving collaboration across departments.
- Strong expertise in product lifecycle management and go-to-market strategy.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
