The platform aims to simplify the insurance shopping process, making it more efficient and transparent, and enabling users to make informed decisions about their coverage.
Qualification:
- 7+ years of B2C Brand Marketing experience
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, media buying, and cross-channel marketing strategies. Hands-on ability to implement as necessary
- Expertise in TV, OTT/CTV, OLV, YouTube, Meta, and Social with $5mm+ annual budget. Expertise can manifest in strategy, messaging, creative, data, and current trends.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content marketing
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Responsibilities:
- Develop the company's brand strategy to drive awareness, engagement, and revenue growth. Help us balance short and long term goals.
- Recognize and develop high impact visual and static ad creative. Work with agencies, media partners, and internal creative teams.
- Excellence in brand marketing channels (e.g. TV, OTT/CTV, YouTube, and Social)
- Ensure brand consistency and effectiveness. Collaborate closely with product, SEO, communications, and retention lifecycle marketing to ensure brand alignment across all customer touchpoints.
- Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for brand differentiation.
