What You’ll Do
As a growth analyst, you'll join a rapidly growing marketing team to help define & grow our growth motion. You will lead key growth initiatives, help scale our growth systems, and squeeze the most of a modern GTM stack, featuring tools like Clay, AirOps, Koala, Customer.io, Salesforce, Zapier, Y42, BigQuery and more.
Statsig is growing quickly, and we are continuously building growth plays to run and growth systems. If you’re technical, love building GTM systems, enjoy working with data, and are excited to grow as a GTM generalist - then this is the role for you!
Responsibilities
- Growth Systems: Build and maintain our growth systems, including automated outbound email, automated inbound email, lead funnels & flows, account targeting, and more.
- Growth Campaigns: Drive end-to-end execution of growth campaigns, including competitive takeouts, outbound marketing campaigns, educational ads + email, and more.
- Growth Analytics: Run various data reports across systems to find gaps in our GTM motion and new growth opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
We believe you’ll be an excellent fit if you bring:
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in a business, finance, or technology role. This could include consulting, finance, investing, tech, or something in between.
- Technical aptitude: Some background in building structured systems and/or data workflows. This could include experiencing managing a CRM, using no-code data workflow tools, building with Zapier, or a true background in data science / software engineering.
- Communication and project management: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience pushing forward projects with multiple stakeholders or partners.
- Data-driven: Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Ability to work on-site 5 days a week from our Bellevue, WA office.
Compensation & Team Structure
Compensation for this role ranges on the level of the hire; salary will fall roughly between $100 - $130K, with additional upside in the form of equity.
This hire will report to the Head of Marketing (Skye Scofield), and sit on a marketing team that includes a growth associate, growth marketer, content marketer, events marketer, and PMM. This is an in-person role, based in Bellevue, Washington.
