Job Summary:
Do you love the idea of creating transformative experiences that inspire and connect people passionate about wellness? As our Event Coordinator, you’ll lead a wide range of impactful events—from alumni gatherings to prospective student mixers, wellness seminars, and multi-day summits. You’ll organize experiences that embody IIN’s vision while staying organized, responsive, and collaborative with our sales and branding teams. If you’re a creative problem-solver who thrives on logistics, loves community-building, and finds joy in creating unforgettable moments, this role is your perfect fit. You must have the ability to travel frequently, managing over 3 events per month (many nationwide).
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Organize a variety of events such as alumni community events, webinars, summits, prospective student mixers, wellness seminars, trade shows, and influencer & affiliate events
- Work closely with the branding team to ensure each event reflects IIN’s mission and delivers a consistent and engaging message
- Coordinate every detail, from guest lists and RSVPs to venue selection, contracts, and event schedules. Build relationships with event spaces and companies across the country to expand our reach
- Get the IIN team and our community energized about upcoming events, creating excitement that aligns with our mission and values
- Create briefing documents for the team, scope out new event locations, and establish relationships with vendors and partners
- Be the go-to resource at events, managing set-up, breakdown, and all logistical elements to ensure smooth execution
- Provide post-event recaps with actionable insights on key performance indicators like attendance, lead generation, alumni satisfaction, and student registrations
The responsibilities listed above are not exhaustive and may evolve as the role develops. The individual in this position will also be expected to take on additional ad hoc tasks, responsibilities, and projects as assigned by the manager, adapting to the dynamic needs of the team and organization.

Required Skills/Abilities:
- 1-3 years of experience in event management, with a proven ability to deliver high-quality events across multiple formats
- Proficient in CRM (Salesforce) and Zoom Events
- Community-Driven Mindset with the ability to understand and embrace the passion of the IIN community
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple events and timelines
- Experience building relationships with vendors, venues, and partners across the country
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to keep the team and community informed and excited
- Willingness to travel frequently (over 15 events per year nationwide)

Compensation:
$57,000-$67,000
