Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Digital Marketing Associate with a primary focus on Google Ads (Search/Display) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving our growth by enhancing the acquisition, activation, and retention of Health Care Providers (HCPs), marketing our sponsors’ brands, and positioning PrescriberPoint as a leader in the HealthTech sector.
You will collaborate closely with Director-level talent and the Head of Marketing in a fast-paced environment driven by an overarching four-step process: Strategy ? Content Generation ? Delivery ? Data Capture.
What We’re Looking For
We are very interested in speaking with humans with the following skills, experiences, and interests:
- Experience with digital marketing strategies and media plans in channels such as SEO, SEM, Email, Social Media, programmatic ads, influencer, direct mail, conferences.
- A technical capability to deploy software tools for CRM (Hubspot), email campaigns, SEO analysis, AI copy-writing, data analytics (Google Analytics), online and social media advertising platforms, and more
- Google Ads campaign (search and display) management to drive traffic and conversion, including conducting key word research, ad copy creation, A/B testing, audience segmentation, and monitoring and adjusting budgets, bids, and performance metrics to maximize ROI/ROAS
- A pronounced desire to do detailed research beyond their subject matter expertise to build communication strategies and marketing materials. The ability to perform outside of the defined role to accomplish assigned tasks or projects as appropriate. Adept at finding innovative ways to deliver.
- A prowess to effectively and efficiently scope, deliver, update, and iterate multiple projects simultaneously.
- A capacity to work seamlessly with internal teams to develop and implement strategies and tactics that quantitatively improve results
- A capability to professionally and personably communicate using a variety of means. Capable in presenting creative concepts, metrics, and insights to different audiences. An understanding of communication strategies and goals across all digital channels.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree, preferably in Marketing
- Minimum 4 years of experience that display a piqued interest in digital marketing
- Start-up exposure is highly desirable; healthtech background is sublime
- A flexible, curious, and fun-loving mind
Compensation: This salary range for this role is $76,000 to $95,000 based on location and experience. There is a bonus.
