Key Responsibilities
1.Lead the visual design strategy across all touchpoints to ensure brand consistency and appeal.
2.Develop and implement creative campaigns for in-store displays, digital marketing, and promotional materials.
3.Collaborate closely with branding, marketing, and product teams to align design strategies with business objectives.
4.Manage and mentor a team of designers, providing direction, feedback, and opportunities for growth.
5.Oversee the creation and execution of brand guidelines to maintain a cohesive visual identity.
6.Analyze design trends and customer behavior to optimize visual strategies for retail success.
7.Ensure all visual materials comply with industry standards and brand requirements.
Requirements
1.Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field; Master’s preferred.
2.5+ years of experience in food or consumer-focused design roles, with 2+ years in a leadership position.
3.Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma.
4.Strong understanding of retail trends and customer engagement strategies.
5.Exceptional communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
6.Experience managing a team and working in a fast-paced environment.
7.Portfolio showcasing innovative retail design and branding work.
