In the role of Marketing Assistant, we'll count on you to:
- Support development of engaging internal communications content (announcements, presentations, videos, webinars)
- Coordinate large, internal meetings (in-person and virtual)
- Coordinate awards submittals, mailing lists, conferences, and special events as required
- Conduct research and distribute marketing information, including requests for qualifications, proposals, and bids
- Provide data entry support for managing our client relationship management and financial systems to inform reporting metrics and dashboards
- Maintain our marketing database, including gathering information from technical experts and facilitating project descriptions and resume updates
- Help arrange for professional photography on projects
- Monitor client and industry websites for solicitation status
- Help recognize and celebrate pursuit successes and milestones
- Help deconstruct and file proposal and presentation material upon submittal
- Support the development and publication of engaging digital content that reflects HDR's brand and elevates our thought leadership
- Support the implementation of social media campaigns
- Support the implementation of strategies to elevate HDR's brand and technical talent with industry associations
- Support management of workload demands of proposal managers and marketing coordinators
- Assist members of the marketing team with preparing and developing proposals, rosters, qualifications, brochures, and presentations
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including data entry, note taking, technical editing, document assembly, production coordination, proposal delivery, and electronic file organization
- Perform other duties as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesign
- Ability and desire to travel and engage with others in-person
- Ability to work within a database
- Skilled at working with deadline pressure and multi-tasking without compromising quality
- Ability to organize complex content and work with internally developed style guides
- Ability to be flexible and prioritize multiple tasks and various managers in a fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

The expected compensation range for this position is $47,000 - $68,000 and depends upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. (Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions.
