Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Assistant to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will support various marketing initiatives, contributing to the growth and visibility of our brand. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies.
Coordinate and manage content for the company’s website, social media platforms, and other digital channels.
Draft, edit, and proofread marketing materials, including newsletters, brochures, and presentations.
Support the creation and distribution of email marketing campaigns.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive analysis.
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
Assist in organizing and promoting events, webinars, and seminars.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all marketing efforts.
Maintain and update the marketing database and CRM system.
Perform administrative tasks related to marketing projects as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
Previous experience in a marketing role, preferably within the financial services industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Experience with marketing tools and platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
