The Junior SEO Specialist will be responsible for assisting with developing and implementing SEO strategies to drive organic traffic.

What does a day in the life of a Junior SEO Specialist look like?

Conduct keyword research and analysis
Optimize website content for search engines
Monitor and report on website performance using SEO tools and analytics
Assist in link-building strategies
Implementing and following the SEO strategies and tactics that are developed and instructed by senior and intermediate SEO professionals, and ensuring the compliance and quality of the SEO work
Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and best practices
Adhere to company policies and procedures
Meet or exceed performance targets for related KPIs Continuously improve knowledge of products, services, and processes by participating in training programs and continuous learning modules
Collaborate with other departments as needed Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and colleagues at all times
Perform other duties as assigned

What are the required qualifications of a Junior SEO Specialist?

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field or equivalent work experience
At least 6 months experience in SEO, digital marketing, or a related role
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Basic understanding of SEO principles and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ahrefs)
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with content management systems preferred
Experience with HTML/CSS preferred
