With over 54 years of industry experience, we pride ourselves on delivering top-tier construction services. We’re seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our team at our NYC headquarters, located at 48 West 38th Street.

What You’ll Do: As the Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be at the forefront of our marketing and proposal efforts. Your key responsibilities will include:

Proposal Management: Serve as the central point of contact for RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs, ensuring compliance with requirements and coordinating with internal and external teams.
Content Development: Continuously update and refine our proposal templates to enhance quality and reduce response times.
Internal Company Events: Organize and execute staff gatherings such as holiday parties, happy hours, and catered breakfasts & lunches, fostering a positive company culture.
Charity Initiatives: Support JEF’s involvement in charity events through research, planning, invitations, and creating journal ads.
Marketing Support: Assist in the re-design of marketing collateral, manage our social media platforms, and support web upgrades.
Business Development: Participate in weekly sales meetings to track and report on potential opportunities. Conduct client outreach to support business growth. Plus the option to attend industry networking events to expand professional connections!
Company Merchandise: Design and order branded merchandise for employees, such as hats, jackets, coasters, yetis, golf balls, polos, etc. to build team spirit and brand recognition.
Administrative Support: Assist and support JEF’s senior management as required.

Preferred experience & Skills:

· Strong organization, planning and time management skills

· Proactive and high attention to detail

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Excellent computer skills, proficient with technology & software (Microsoft Office required)

Hours: Monday through Thursday 8:00AM-5:00PM, Friday 8:00AM-4:00PM

Total Compensation: $60,000-$100,000 Base Salary
