Marketing Coordinator

Artists also get paid per stream. Getting paid twice helps artists on Valid Music earn meaningful income from streaming without having to go viral.

Responsibilities:

Project Management: Schedule and coordinate events, marketing campaigns, content shoots and measure marketing goals and KPIs to keep them on track
Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategy, monitor trends, and engage with our audience across platforms
Content Creation: Design/Edit/Produce videos, graphics, and copy for social media, email, and marketing campaigns
Marketing Strategy: Collaborate on campaign strategy and ensure brand alignment across all initiatives
Marketing Automation: Utilize tools marketing automation tools (such as MailChimp and HubSpot) to automate processes

Requirements:

3-5+ years of marketing experience (preferably in music or marketing industries)
Excellent communication and project management skills
Highly organized and able to drive projects to completion
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop and Premiere Pro)
Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics)
SEO knowledge to improve content visibility
Strong copywriting skills for social media, email marketing, and promotional content

Bonus Skills:

Videography and photography shooting + editing
Ad Buys (social media, Google Ads)
Experience in the music industry or working with artists

Location:

Hybrid role based in Nashville, TN (primarily work from home with occasional in-office/studio meetings)
