Are you a social media whiz who thrives in creative, fast-paced environments? Our LA-based creative agency is seeking a detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to bring our brand to life across multiple platforms. This is a dynamic role, ideal for someone who’s fluent in the latest social trends, passionate about brand storytelling, and ready to get hands-on with everything from Instagram stories to our team’s new Substack!

The ideal candidate will create and maintain a strong online presence for our company. They will implement online marketing strategies through social media accounts in an effort to increase brand awareness. Additionally, this individual will understand the target audience and create an appropriate strategy to reach this group.

Responsibilities

Research target audience and discover current trends
Create engaging text, video, and image content
Monitor web traffic
Develop optimal posting schedule
Handle both inbound & outbound engagements across platforms, ensuring brand consistency and approachability

Instagram

Post and engage on Instagram Stories 3-4 times per week
Manage and post our Instagram calendar (content provided and schedule preset by our strategy team)

TikTok

Meet 1-2 times weekly with our team to film & post
Brainstorm and pitch creative TikTok ideas to showcase our work and team culture
Stay on top of TikTok trends to help drive engagement and grow our audience

Substack

Launch and manage our Substack newsletter for team updates, insights, and more

LinkedIn

Post 3-4 times per week on LinkedIn using curated, existing content to keep our professional network in the loop

What We’re Looking For

1-2 years of experience in social media coordination (agency experience a plus!)
Excellent understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn dynamics
Creative and on-trend mindset with a knack for brand voice and engagement
Self-motivated, organized, and proactive with strong communication skills
Experience with content scheduling tools is a bonus!
