Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced, strategic, and dynamic Chief Business Officer (CBO) with in-depth expertise in both corporate and startup landscapes. This is a unique chance to become a co-founder at InforReel, requiring an initial $100,000 investment, reflecting a commitment to our shared vision and potential. As CBO, you will drive business strategy, lead fundraising efforts, and ultimately guide InforReel toward an IPO, working closely with the CEO and senior team to develop and execute a powerful growth plan.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Execution

Define and implement InforReel’s long-term business and growth strategies.
Oversee preparations for the December launch, ensuring the platform aligns with market goals.
Maintain strategic alignment with InforReel’s mission, business model, and product strategy.

Corporate Fundraising & Investor Relations

Lead fundraising efforts from pre-seed through Series A, engaging investors who value social commerce and entertainment.
Build, manage, and nurture relationships with investors, positioning InforReel as a top-tier investment.

IPO Readiness & Execution

Develop and execute the company’s IPO strategy, preparing InforReel for public listing.
Guide regulatory compliance, investor communications, and financial reporting essential for IPO readiness.

Operational Oversight

Scale business operations in line with financial goals and strategic priorities.
Lead initiatives in brand partnerships and market expansion, initially in the U.S. and eventually expanding internationally.

Cross-Functional Leadership

Collaborate with product, marketing, and tech teams to ensure business objectives align with market needs.
Define KPIs and growth benchmarks to drive revenue, partnership, and user metrics.

Qualifications

Investment: Minimum $100,000 equity investment required.
Experience: Proven leadership in corporate and startup settings, with experience in tech or social commerce.
Fundraising: Strong background in corporate fundraising, closing multi-million-dollar rounds.
IPO Knowledge: Deep experience with IPO processes and compliance requirements.
Industry Insight: Knowledge of digital entertainment, e-commerce, or social media.
Network: Established network of investors, brands, and influencers.
Leadership: Strategic thinker with a record of execution, ready to guide InforReel from launch to scale-up.
