Role Overview:

As a Junior Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in executing email marketing campaigns and assisting with overall marketing initiatives. This remote, part-time position is ideal for a creative, tech-savvy individual looking to grow their skills in a flexible environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the creation, scheduling, and monitoring of email marketing campaigns through platforms like Klaviyo and Mailchimp.
Write clear, compelling email copy that aligns with brand voice and resonates with target audiences.
Support email design and layout, ensuring visual appeal and mobile responsiveness (design experience is a plus).
Coordinate and manage email lists, segmentations, and A/B testing to optimize campaign performance.
Conduct performance analysis and generate reports to assess campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Report to the CMO and collaborate with the marketing team on special projects and content creation as needed.

Qualifications:

Some experience in email marketing (Klaviyo and/or Mailchimp experience preferred).
Strong copywriting skills, with a clear, concise, and engaging writing style.
Basic design experience is a plus (familiarity with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is ideal).
Proficient in managing email list segmentation, A/B testing, and performance metrics.
Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote setting.
A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn in a dynamic, remote work environment.

Hours & Compensation:

Part-time, flexible hours (10-15 hours per week).
