What You'll Do:

Own the Digital Landscape: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including paid advertising, SEO, video, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Master Data-Driven Insights: Utilize advanced analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, PowerBI, Excel, SQL) to uncover valuable insights, optimize campaigns, and measure ROI.
Fuel Customer Acquisition and Retention: Implement effective customer acquisition and retention strategies, leveraging CRM and marketing automation tools.
Elevate Brand Awareness: Drive brand visibility and engagement through creative campaigns and compelling content.
Collaborate Seamlessly: You and your team work closely with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, sales, and design, to align digital initiatives with overall business objectives.
Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and AI technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage.

What You Bring:

Proven Track Record: 8+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, successfully finding effective strategies that drive results plus managing a team of digital marketers and designers.
Data-Driven Mindset: Expertise in data analysis and a passion for using data to inform decision-making.
Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, GA4, CRM, Marketing Automation, AI).
Creative Flair: Ability to develop innovative and engaging digital campaigns.
A builder: a hands-on leader who can both execute tasks and inspire their team to deliver exceptional results.

Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced Degree: Master's degree in marketing, business, or engineering
B2B Marketing Experience: Experience marketing complex B2B products or services with long sales cycles.
Data Analytics Tools: Strong data skills to extract, clean, transform and analyze data. Skilled in SQL, Python, PowerBI, and Excel.

Pay is based on market location and may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education and other job-related reasons. The base salary range for this position in Washington is $150,000 - $200,000.
