Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Design & Social Media Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing our brand's visibility, consistency, and engagement across multiple digital platforms. You will be responsible for elevating and maintaining our social media presence, updating brand materials within established templates, and designing engaging content such as emails, flyers, and other collateral. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a versatile designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about brand building.

Responsibilities

Social Media Management: Plan, create, and schedule engaging social media content that aligns with brand goals and strategies. Manage daily interactions with followers to foster community engagement and grow our audience.
Graphic Design: Develop visually compelling designs for digital and print materials, including emails, flyers, brochures, presentations, and event collateral. Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and standards.
Brand Consistency: Maintain and update brand materials using established templates, ensuring all visuals reflect brand identity and style.
Campaign Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to design assets for campaigns, promotions, and events, providing input to enhance creative strategies.
Content Strategy: Assist in content ideation, planning, and production to support marketing objectives. Monitor social media trends and audience insights to optimize content strategy.
Project Coordination: Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, communications, or a related field is preferred.
Must have at least 1 year of experience in social media management and graphic design.
Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
Strong eye for design, attention to detail, and creativity.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
