Location: Los Angeles, CA (Full-time, On-site)

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in managing and growing TikTok platforms

We are seeking a creative and driven TikTok Content Manager to lead and grow our TikTok channels for Supplements and Beauty. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of creating engaging content, building a community, and scaling TikTok platforms. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping our brand’s presence on TikTok in the US market.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to grow and manage the TikTok channels for Supplements and Beauty.
Create high-quality, engaging, and on-trend content for TikTok that aligns with brand goals.
Collaborate with other creators and influencers to create co-branded content.
Actively participate in videos to enhance authenticity and engagement.
Build and grow the Supplements TikTok channel independently from the ground up.
Analyze channel performance and adjust strategies to optimize growth and engagement.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in managing and growing TikTok platforms.
Strong content creation skills, including ideation, video editing, and trend analysis.
Comfortable being in front of the camera and collaborating with other creators.
Excellent understanding of TikTok algorithms, trends, and audience engagement.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet growth targets.
Portfolio showcasing past work and achievements on TikTok is mandatory.
