With a proven track record of building high-performing teams and driving growth strategies, Bruce has worked in Sales, Marketing, Operations, and IT across leading organizations such as Andersen Windows & Doors, Home Depot, Graco, Carlisle, Pinnacle Climate Technologies, and HNI.
Mr. Stephan was responsible for business segments, including marketing, sales, operations, and IT. His core responsibilities included managing the business's profitability, driving continuous customer experience improvements through technological and process upgrades, and playing a leading role in developing a positive culture among its employees. Bruce has spearheaded initiatives to elevate sales processes, improve product innovation, and expand market presence. Bruce excels at brand management and partnering with Sales & Marketing organizations as a collaborative leader to improve performance, accountability, and customer experience.
Bruce’s expertise extends to working with mid-size businesses, trade partners, and distributors, helping them optimize operations, strengthen market positioning, and achieve sustainable growth.
