We are seeking a highly driven Growth Marketing Leader to accelerate user acquisition, engagement, retention, and creator ecosystem growth across our mobile and web platforms.

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced growth marketing professional with a strong background in mobile app growth, gaming, short-form content, AI consumer products, or digital entertainment platforms.

This role will lead user acquisition strategies, performance marketing initiatives, community growth, and marketing analytics while managing internal and external marketing resources.

The ideal candidate has successfully scaled consumer-facing apps and understands how to grow highly engaged user communities through both paid and organic channels.

Responsibilities User Acquisition & Growth

• Develop and execute growth strategies to acquire new users across mobile and web platforms
• Manage paid acquisition channels including:
• Meta
• TikTok
• Google Ads
• Apple Search Ads
• YouTube
• Optimize user acquisition funnels, conversion rates, and retention metrics
• Monitor and improve CAC, CPI, ROAS, and LTV

Product & Retention Growth

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, AI, and Content teams to improve onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention
• Design and execute A/B testing initiatives
• Identify opportunities for viral growth loops, referral programs, and community-driven growth

Creator & Community Growth

• Develop creator acquisition and engagement programs
• Build relationships with influencers, content creators, and gaming communities
• Grow user-generated content participation and creator retention

Analytics & Reporting

• Build and maintain growth dashboards and KPI reporting
• Analyze user behavior and marketing performance
• Present growth insights and recommendations to executive leadership

Team Leadership

• Manage and mentor marketing team members and external agencies
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across marketing, product, content, and engineering teams
• Establish quarterly growth objectives and execution plans

Required Qualifications Experience

• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, user acquisition, or app marketing
• 2+ years of team leadership or people management experience
• Proven experience scaling consumer mobile applications or digital platforms

Industry Background

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience launching products from 0-to-1
• Experience growing an app beyond 100,000+ users
• Experience with AI-powered consumer products
• Experience in gaming, creator economy, short-form content, or digital entertainment
• Existing network within gaming, creator, or entertainment communities
