As an Event Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing successful events that leave a lasting impression on attendees and clients. We are looking for a dynamic individual with strong organizational and communication skills, as well as a creative mindset to bring fresh ideas to the table.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, from budget planning and venue selection to event logistics and post-event evaluations
Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and objectives for the event, and ensure that they are met within the given budget and timeline
Source and negotiate with vendors, such as caterers, decorators, and entertainment, to provide the best services and value for the event
Work with marketing and design teams to develop event themes, branding, and promotional materials
Manage event budgets, track expenses, and provide regular reports to stakeholders
Coordinate event staff, including event coordinators, volunteers, and security personnel, and provide guidance and support to ensure smooth execution of the event
Create contingency plans and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the event
Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of the event and gather feedback from attendees and clients

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning and management
Strong project management skills and ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and negotiate with clients, vendors, and team members
Creative mindset with the ability to come up with unique and innovative event ideas
Attention to detail and ability to handle logistics and budgets
Proficient in event management software and tools
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to oversee events
