About AILIFEPAY

AILIFEPAY Inc. is developing a Quantum AI Foundational Super-Intelligent, Energy-Efficient Inference Model and Infrastructure to fundamentally transform how intelligent systems are built, deployed, and scaled from the silicon layer to intelligent applications.

OSInfinity™ Quantum AI

We are building an intelligent computational fabric that connects learning, reasoning, execution, and physical interaction. Our mission is to integrate Quantum AI, intelligent orchestration, and heterogeneous computing into a unified platform that enables intelligence to scale efficiently, securely, and reliably.

Our work spans AI, Physical AI, robotics, and intelligent systems. We are looking for an exceptional leader who thrives on rapid iteration, open-ended challenges, and translating research into production. You should be comfortable tackling ambiguous, high-stakes problems and rapidly delivering polished, reliable products.

About the Role

As a Chief Technology Officer, VP of Research (PhD), Member of Technical Staff, or Quantum Scientist you will serve as a technical force multiplier, combining deep AI expertise with strong business acumen.

You will help shape the company’s research strategy, engineering architecture, and technical roadmap, translating frontier AI research into production-grade intelligent systems. The role directly supports OSInfinity’s focus on faster inference, improved accuracy, higher information density, reduced energy consumption, and stronger security.

Your Responsibilities

  • Build full-stack AI and Physical AI services
  • Design hybrid quantum-classical computing architectures
  • Research algorithms for high-throughput parallel processing
  • Design and implement backend services, APIs, and data pipelines
  • Develop benchmarks for AI performance, reliability, and efficiency
  • Research practical efficiency across compute, memory, latency, and energy
  • Stay at the forefront of AI research; evaluate emerging technologies for relevance and feasibility
  • Publish research papers at top-tier conferences and in leading journals (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)

Minimum Qualifications

  • PhD in Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE), AI, Data Science, or a related technical field, with a strong entrepreneurial interest
  • Strong knowledge of system architecture and domain modeling
  • Experience developing complex technical workflows and systems
  • Knowledge of discrete optimization, heuristic methods, and optimal control theory
  • Experience developing strategies and roadmaps to solve complex problems, including time-series forecasting, clustering, and a broad range of statistical and machine-learning challenges

Great Fit

  • Located in or near Palo Alto, California
  • Hands-on experience with model fine-tuning
  • Experience designing or implementing AI system benchmark
  • Value scientific rigor, engineering excellence, and practical execution
  • Experience integrating R&D, open-source, and commercial technologies
  • Familiarity with AI evaluation frameworks, synthetic data, or physical AI/robotics integration
  • Equity compensation will be determined based on experience, technical leadership, and whether the role is full-time or part-time.
