You've moved past asking AI to write a first draft. You build the workflows, check the claims, and ship the campaign yourself. Here, that hands-on approach is the operating model for digital engagement across nine Scholarship Granting Organizations, not a side project inside a staff-led department.
Stealth Educational Startup is recruiting for a marketing operation that supports nine SGOs and their scholarship fundraising for K-12 students. Each nonprofit has its own Executive Director, audiences, and priorities. Your job is to turn those differences into clear positioning, channel budgets, and campaigns that produce measurable fundraising results. The work supports a $1B+ Educational Freedom Tax Credit (EFTC) fundraising plan; that is the wider business ambition, not your personal fundraising quota.
You might start a day agreeing a channel budget with an ED, then build an AI workflow for donor content, correct an unsupported claim before expert review, and finish by tracing campaign results through the CRM. You own the production system and the decisions it informs. Partnership operations, connectors, and expert reviewers report to you, but they don't replace doing the marketing work with AI. You work with the nine EDs as internal clients.
The opportunity is to turn individual campaign wins into a repeatable digital engagement operation: better workflows, sharper spending decisions, and evidence of what brings in donors. This is a full-time, remote role in the United States. If you want to build the machinery and answer for what it delivers, apply.
What You Will Be Doing
- Set each SGO's marketing strategy, plan, and channel budgets with its ED, while owning brand and messaging across all nine.
- Personally build, run, and verify generative AI workflows for ED-authored content, partner pitch materials, and campaign kits
- secure the EDs' podcast and press bookings through public relations and media outreach.
- Run search engine optimization (SEO) and generative engine optimization (GEO) across nine websites, coordinating the expert reviewers who sign off on content.
- Operate paid media, events and opt-in CRM, email marketing and SMS (text) campaigns for applicants, donors and signups, with marketing automation and conversion tracking that connects activity to results.
- Own marketing technology and vendors
- oversee partnership operations, connectors and reviewers
- and use fundraising results, donor acquisition cost and channel effectiveness to improve the operation within counsel's compliance boundaries.
What You Won’t Be Doing
- Setting strategy and handing production to a conventional marketing staff.
- Treating AI-generated claims as verified facts or making legal decisions outside counsel's guidance.
- Reporting reach and impressions as substitutes for fundraising results.
- Producing Workplace sales collateral; Workplace creates its own sales materials.
- Carrying the wider $1B+ fundraising plan as a personal quota.
