Our client is an emerging global fashion network for shopping, working with some of the most influential creators, artists, athletes, and celebrities. They are currently looking to hire a freelance Digital Marketing Specialist / Paid Media Specialist to join their growing team.

Must have experience with in the luxury or fashion retail space.

This is a part time opportunity for 3 months with potential to extend or turn full time next year. They are seeking folks in the NYC area. This role is flexible for remote freelance, however if it were to convert to full time it would be onsite in NYC 5 days/week.

The Digital Marketing Specialist owns and executes paid advertising strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. This role blends expertise in paid media, lead generation, analytics, and performance optimization to deliver scalable results. The ideal candidate is data-driven, strategic, creative, and a strong collaborator.

Responsibilities

  • Execution: Launch, test, and optimize campaigns and SEO across platforms (Meta, Google, Apple, Tiktok) from bids, targeting, and creatives to keywords, landing pages, and ad formats in real time to boost conversions and ROI
  • Work with design and IT to implement creative assets and tracking integrations.
  • Apply AI tools for campaign optimization and automation.
  • Tracking & Analytics: Implement tracking best practices, attribution models, and dashboards to monitor performance.
  • Budget Management: Own and optimize our performance marketing budget, ensuring profitability across channels.
  • Reporting & Communication: Present results, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and persuasive way.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of performance marketing trends, tools, and best practices to keep strategies competitive.
  • Apply AI tools for campaign optimization and automation

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in paid media
  • Have a proven track record of scaling B2C paid media campaigns
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or Analytical discipline
  • Experience in paid media across Google, Meta, Tiktok, and Youtube.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and tools
  • Experience creating ad copy, video scripts, UGC content, influencer partnerships.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite
  • Excellent project management, collaboration, and communication skills

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
