About the Role
Artera is looking for an Events and Field Marketing Manager to help drive pipeline growth and build trust across the healthcare industry. In this role, you will create meaningful in person and virtual experiences that connect with healthcare decision makers, elevate our brand, and support revenue goals.
You will own the full lifecycle of our events, from major industry conferences and customer summits to smaller field events and executive dinners. You will work closely with Sales, Brand and Communications, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success to ensure every event is thoughtful, well executed, and tied to measurable results.
This is a hands on role for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution. You should be comfortable leading planning efforts while also rolling up your sleeves to get things done. If you are a creative marketer who values accountability and wants to make a real impact in healthcare, this role is for you.
What You Will Do
- You will own Artera’s annual events calendar and work with internal teams to align events with company priorities.
- You will plan and execute a wide range of events, including industry conferences, sponsored events, customer summits, VIP dinners, regional field events, roadshows, and partner activations.
- You will manage all event logistics, including venues, contracts, budgets, vendors, shipping, travel, booth setup, technology needs, and on site execution. You will be responsible for staying on budget and negotiating effectively with partners and vendors.
- You will work closely with Brand Marketing to ensure our events clearly communicate Artera’s story, our products, and the value we deliver to customers. You will also prepare and coach team members so everyone represents Artera consistently at events.
- You will partner with Demand Generation, Sales, and Revenue Operations to make sure events support pipeline growth before, during, and after each event.
- You will create and manage Salesforce campaigns for all events, ensuring leads are captured accurately, uploaded quickly, and handed off smoothly to Sales.
- You will prepare and train team members attending events so they understand their roles, messaging, schedules, and follow up expectations.
- You will track event performance and ROI, working with Marketing and Revenue Operations to understand what worked, what did not, and how to improve future events.
What We Are Looking For
- You have five to seven years of experience in B2B event or field marketing, ideally in SaaS or healthcare.
- You have a proven track record of running events that generate measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
- You are comfortable working cross functionally and know how to align Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success around shared goals.
- You are experienced with Salesforce, especially campaigns and reporting, and you are confident managing budgets and timelines.
- You are willing to travel about one to two times per month for events and on site leadership.
Compensation
The salary range for this role is between 98,000 and 143,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, and location.

Working at Artera
- We offer comprehensive health benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with flexible spending accounts, company paid life insurance, short and long term disability, equity, a 401k plan, and additional voluntary benefits.
- We support career growth through manager development programs and employee development funds.
