Your Mission

  • Shape and implement innovative digital strategies that boost our website, social media, and digital marketing efforts for the Industrial global business unit.
  • Expand and streamline the website customer journey, CTA’s and funnel metrics. Lead website journey improvements and traffic expansion efforts. Ensure our website content is simple, streamlined and easy to understand.
  • Support content and social media campaigns that resonate with our audience, foster vibrant online communities.
  • Measure and analyze the success of digital campaigns, using insights to refine and optimize strategies.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with global cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective digital communications.
  • Engage colleagues and partners worldwide to build awareness and amplify our brand.
  • Train team members on cutting-edge digital tools and best practices to stay ahead in the game.

What We're Looking For

Important

  • Experience in Salesforce Pardot is a requirement.
  • Experience in Marketing Cloud would be a plus. Huge bonus if they have experience with both.
  • Adobe Enterprise AEM experience
  • If someone has Hubspot experience and some Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) this is acceptable.
  • Social Media - running campaign on LinkedIn.
  • Flexible Hybrid schedule. Looking for candidates who are able to travel to Glen Mills site approx. 3 days a week.
  • Axalta will not relocate
  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, IT, or a related field (a master’s degree is a plus).
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in digital marketing roles, including website and social media management. Experience in website redesign and updates a plus.
  • Experience managing and updating website content with a strategic customer journey intent.
  • Experience with digital transformation project in large organization.
  • Expertise in creating engaging content and a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools.
  • Flexibility and agility to adapt to changing plans and directions.
