Back Nine is one of the fastest-growing indoor golf franchise concepts in the country, built on premium experiences, strong unit economics, and a modern, performance-driven marketing engine. As we scale, every location needs to show up consistently and well on social — and we need to turn social and store data into insight that makes the whole network smarter.

The Social Media Success Admin owns that outcome. This is not a "post-for-everyone" content role. You will get franchisees set up and confident on their own social media, run the trainings that keep them sharp, and be the person who turns social performance, platform trends, and our corporate-owned store data into clear, usable guidance. You make franchisees better operators on social — and you make leadership smarter with the numbers behind it.

What You'll OwnFranchisee social onboarding & enablement

  • Onboard every new franchisee onto their social presence — accounts, profiles, connections, and the setup that has to be right from day one.
  • Be the go-to for social questions — setup, tools, access, "why isn't this working," and best-practice how-tos — with fast, friendly answers.
  • Maintain a living best-practices library (platform basics, posting cadence, local content playbooks) so guidance is consistent and self-serve.

Training & education

  • Run live and async social trainings: setup walkthroughs, content best practices, platform fundamentals, and the local-social playbook — for brand-new and existing franchisees.
  • Build scalable resources: guides, templates, short training videos, and SOPs so good social scales beyond 1:1 time.
  • Keep training current as platforms and best practices change — retire what's stale, add what's working.

Insights, analytics & trends

  • Track social performance across the network and surface a clear, recurring "what's working" read — the tactics, formats, and posts worth copying.
  • Monitor platform and content trends and translate them into simple, do-this-now guidance franchisees can actually use.
  • Help franchisees read their own numbers so they can self-correct between trainings, not just when prompted.

Corporate-owned store data

  • Own the data view for our corporate-owned stores — pull, analyze, and report on social and store performance.
  • Turn that data into actionable reads for leadership — trends, opportunities, and what to double down on, in plain language.
  • Use the corporate stores as the proving ground — test social plays there first, then roll the winners to the network.

Operating Cadence

The role runs on a structured rhythm across three horizons:

  • Weekly: New-franchisee social onboarding sessions; answering setup and best-practice questions; a shared "what's working on social this week" insight; a scan of corporate-store social performance.
  • Monthly: A social performance & insights report (network + corporate stores); a group training introducing one new play or trend; refreshed best-practice resources.
  • Quarterly: A trends report with strategy input; a training-curriculum refresh; a deeper corporate-store analysis with recommendations for the network.

What We're Looking For

Required

  • Hands-on social media management experience across the major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Google Business Profile).
  • Comfort teaching and training non-experts — patient, clear, and able to make setup and best practices feel simple.
  • Analytics fluency — native platform insights plus reading data in spreadsheets/dashboards, and turning it into a clear takeaway.
  • Organized enough to support many locations at once without dropping the ball.
  • Confident leading calls, live trainings, and async communication (Slack, Loom, video).

Preferred

  • Franchise or multi-location experience.
  • Familiarity with social scheduling/analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Later, Sprout, etc.) and light content creation (Canva).
  • Familiarity with paid social and lead-generation basics.
  • Comfort with dashboards/BI (or SQL) for the corporate-store data work.

Who thrives here

Someone who is energized by making other people look good online, takes pride in a franchisee's first great month on social as their own, and would rather turn a messy pile of data and trends into three clear next steps than chase vanity follower counts.

How Success Is Measured

You will be measured on adoption and impact, not activity:

  • Franchisee social setup completion and posting consistency across the network (the primary measure).
  • Training reach, completion, and franchisee confidence/enablement.
  • Quality and consistency of franchisee social presence over time.
  • Usefulness and cadence of the insights/trends reporting leadership and franchisees rely on.
  • Corporate-owned store social performance and the plays it proves out for the network.

Compensation & Structure

  • Full-time role with competitive base salary.
  • Performance incentives tied to enablement outcomes — franchisee adoption, training engagement, and corporate-store performance — so comp rewards the results you create.
  • Real growth opportunity as Back Nine and this team scale.

Why This Role Matters

Social is how every local Back Nine shows up in its community — and right now that's uneven across the network. This role makes every franchisee better on social, turns platform trends and store data into the network's edge, and proves what works on our own corporate stores first. If you love teaching, systems, and turning data into clear action — and want to be measured on real adoption and impact rather than vanity metrics — we want to talk.
