Field Marketing Manager - Canvassing

Position Summary

The primary purpose of this position is to generate quality leads that result in product demonstrations and sales through outstanding customer service, product knowledge and professionalism by representing the company at residential door-to-door initiatives.

Essential Functions

 Completes weeklong training class

 Memorizes all pertinent scripts and rebuttals

 Generates quality leads that result in demonstrations while maintaining expectations detailed below

 Creates awareness of products and promotions to prospects through face to face interaction

 Becomes a brand ambassador by communicating our company’s message in a professional manor

 Engages with the public to meet or exceed setting 6 written leads per week

 Keeps marketing materials clean, organized and presentable at all times

 Contacts Marketing Development Manager and or Team Leader at the end of every shift and provides performance update for the day’s work

Secondary Functions

 Adheres to all company procedures, polices and expectations

 Complies with all Safety policies and procedures

 Performs other duties as assigned to further business needs

Abilities and Physical Demands

 Must have excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills

 Must have the ability to follow written and verbal instructions

 Must have the ability to work with minimal supervision

 Must have the ability to use and operate an IPAD.

 Must have the ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time while performing residential door-to-door

 Must be able to withstand exposure to hot and cold temperatures, changing weather conditions and different air quality levels while working out in the field.

Education and Other Requirements

 High School Diploma and/or General Education Degree (GED) and/or must be 18 years of age.

Work Environment

 May be exposed to many different lightings, temperature, weather conditions, and air quality levels while in the field
