Our client, a leading provider of corporate engagement and event experiences, is seeking a Head of Marketing to drive demand generation, brand growth, and revenue performance. This hands-on leadership role will oversee marketing strategy, digital performance, and team development while partnering closely with Sales and executive leadership. The ideal candidate brings 18+ years of B2B marketing experience with a strong track record of generating pipeline and leading high-performing teams.

• Responsibilities include leading marketing strategy and growth initiatives; driving lead generation and pipeline performance; overseeing SEO, paid media, website optimization, and marketing analytics; managing HubSpot, Salesforce, and marketing operations; directing content, brand, trade show, and experiential marketing efforts; and leading a team while remaining involved in execution.
• The ideal candidate possesses extensive B2B demand generation experience; strong sales alignment and revenue-focused marketing expertise; hands-on knowledge of SEO, PPC, CRO, and digital marketing; experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, and analytics platforms; proven team leadership skills; and a player-coach mindset with the ability to balance strategy and execution.
