If you want to blend brand building, growth, and impact, then Somarae is for you. We're looking for a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join the founding team and lead Somarae's marketing, growth, and storytelling strategy. As CMO, you'll be responsible for shaping the brand, voice, and community of Somarae — from product launches and content strategy to partnerships and thought leadership.

This isn't just about growth metrics; it's about building a cultural movement around nervous system regulation, AI for good, and conscious wellness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing, growth, or brand leadership (startup experience preferred).
• Proven track record of building user growth and engagement strategies.
• Strong experience in content, community, and social media marketing.
• Ability to craft compelling brand storytelling + investor narratives.
• Familiarity with growth marketing tactics (SEO, paid ads, referral loops, influencer campaigns).
• Excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Bonus: Experience scaling consumer wellness, healthtech, or AI startups.
• Bonus: Thought leadership in mental health, wellness, or conscious tech.
