About the role

Behold Agency is looking for a Social Media Coordinator who is super organized, creative, and loves being hands-on with content. You’ll help run our clients’ social media calendars and support our content shoots, both on set in NYC and remotely through editing.

Schedule

• 16 to 20 hours per week
• Two full days a week, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (we can discuss and choose which days m-f)
• Mostly remote, with 2 to 3 days a month begin in-person content shoots in New York City

What you’ll do

• Attend 2 to 3 content shoots a month in NYC and assist with content creation
• Create shot lists for upcoming shoots
• Manage social media content calendars for multiple clients
• Edit content for clients’ social media calendars
• Track content calendar deadlines and keep deliverables on schedule

Who you are

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage deadlines
• Creative, with a strong eye for social content and trends
• Passion for beauty, wellness, and fashion content + marketing.
• Comfortable both on set and editing content remotely
• Experienced with content editing tools such as CapCut and Canva
• Familiar with Instagram and TikTok
• NYC-based or able to commute to shoots in the city

Compensation

$28 an hour To apply
