About Benefits All In

Benefits

All In helps employers and their employees navigate the complex healthcare and benefits environment. Through proactive education and personalized guidance, we help individuals and families understand the coverage resources available to them and make informed decisions based on their needs. This approach supports better outcomes for individuals and families while strengthening the long-term sustainability of the employer's group health plan.

As Benefits All In continues to grow nationally, we are building a more mature marketing function that can support our internal teams, distribution partners, clients, members, and broader market presence.

Position Overview

Benefits

All In is seeking a Senior Director of Marketing to build and lead the next stage of our marketing function. This is a builder role. The Senior Director will work with a developing team and foundational capabilities while establishing the people, structure, processes, partnerships, and measurements needed to support long-term growth.

This individual will report to the COO and work closely with executive and department leaders to translate company priorities into focused marketing strategies, plans, budgets, and deliverables.

Benefits

All In operates in a relationship-driven B2B2C environment. Our growth depends on reaching employers and members while equipping the brokers, consultants, distribution partners, and other stakeholders who introduce and support our solution. The Senior Director must understand how to market through partner and affiliate channels, not solely through direct-to-customer programs.

This is a hands-on leadership position. The right candidate will bring strategic perspective and executive presence while remaining close enough to the work to guide execution, solve problems, and maintain momentum.
