Job Title: Marketing Specialist – Healthcare Services

Location: North Hollywood / San Gabriel Valley, CA

Schedule: Rotating Weekends, Night Availability, 4 Field Days / 1 Administrative Work-from-Home Day

Salary: $70,000–$85,000 DOE + Paid Mileage (Bonus structure under discussion)

Reports To: Director of Marketing

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Specialist to join our healthcare services team. This role combines fieldwork with administrative responsibilities, providing a unique opportunity to drive patient engagement, build brand presence, and support business growth across the North Hollywood and San Gabriel Valley areas.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning: Develop marketing plans, define target audiences, and identify market trends.
Content Creation: Produce engaging content (photos, videos) for various marketing platforms.
Data Analysis: Track campaign performance, analyze data, and report on KPIs.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team and Operations to address facility, patient, and family concerns.
Brand Management: Maintain brand voice, create guidelines, and coordinate marketing initiatives.
Budget Oversight: Manage individual campaign spending and advertising budgets.
Relationship Building: Attend events, conferences, and meetings to foster strong relationships with facilities, patients, and families.
Business Development: Generate new business within your service area and build patient census at assigned facilities.
Patient Tracking: Monitor patient movement and collaborate with clinical staff to ensure quality service.
