Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly demeanor as they enter Ryan Field.
• Scan tickets and guide attendees to their designated seats.
• Monitor seating areas and walkways to ensure guest safety and comfort.
• Manage lines and facilitate smooth crowd movement in high-traffic areas.
• Enforce venue policies and event guidelines with professionalism.
• Identify and report any safety, security, or guest issues to supervisors promptly.
• Assist with basic emergency and evacuation procedures, as needed.
• Offer guests clear and courteous directions and event information.
• Maintain a visible and professional presence throughout events.
• Participate in required training and adhere to all company and venue protocols.
