Overview

We are seeking an innovative Senior Vice President of Marketing who excels in a dynamic startup environment. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with B2B healthcare SaaS experience who can also implement D2C tactics. Your responsibility will be to lead our brand positioning, enhance market visibility, and boost pipeline generation, focusing on growth strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Go-to-Market Leadership
  • Develop and implement a robust go-to-market strategy for new products and features.
  • Ensure alignment between marketing, sales, and product teams to accelerate product adoption.
  • Create scalable demand-generation programs that are effective across various channels.
  • Brand & Positioning
  • Own and improve the brand identity and messaging for healthcare SaaS audiences.
  • Translate technical capabilities into engaging narratives for clinical and executive stakeholders.
  • Demand Marketing
  • Lead integrated campaigns spanning paid, organic, and social channels.
  • Enhance performance marketing, optimize landing pages, and improve conversion funnels.
  • Experiment with D2C outreach methods where relevant, such as engaging physicians on social platforms.
  • Startup Agility
  • Adopt a builder mindset, thriving in ambiguity and quick iterations.
  • Establish marketing technology stack and processes for scalability.
  • Recruit and lead a small, high-performing marketing team.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success in healthcare SaaS along with go-to-market strategy.
  • Capacity to balance brand development and pipeline generation.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Outstanding communication and storytelling abilities.
  • Must be based in NYC, available for in-person collaboration.

Bonus

  • Experience with AI-driven or compliance-focused healthcare technologies.
  • Familiarity with CMS programs such as CCM and PCM.
  • Success in scaling a high-growth brand within competitive B2B healthcare markets.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary: $180,000 - $220,000.
