Senior Vice President of Marketing

As the Senior Vice President of Marketing, you will drive our organization's growth by developing a comprehensive 360-marketing strategy. You will lead a talented marketing team dedicated to enhancing our retail and shop-at-home business units, while creating a compelling brand presence. Your role requires a strong understanding of the Blinds to Go brand and the ability to achieve immediate results while strategically positioning the brand for the future.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a diverse internal marketing team, including digital marketing specialists, social media strategists, creative professionals, web development experts, and regional marketing leaders.
  • Create a dynamic 360-marketing plan and calendar that drives short-term business results while fostering brand loyalty.
  • Keep a close watch on competitive activities and implement responsive programs to maintain the BTG brand's dominance online.
  • Foster a company culture that prioritizes analytical thinking, collaboration, ownership, and accountability.
  • Collaborate with various departments to spearhead initiatives that stimulate business growth and enhance brand value.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Cognitive Sciences, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
  • Over 10 years of experience in digital marketing within the retail or consumer products sector.
  • Proven experience in multi-channel marketing.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO, PPC, content marketing, paid search, and social media marketing.
  • At least 5 years in management and leadership roles.
  • Working familiarity with database marketing, email campaigns, and statistical analysis.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills.
  • Strong computer proficiency, including Excel, Google Analytics, and relational databases.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach; ability to work autonomously.
  • High self-motivation and intellectual curiosity.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
