CMO/VP Marketing Role

We seek a seasoned Chief Marketing Officer or Vice President of Marketing to join our team at BluZinc, a growing health and wellness company. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will oversee the entire sales and marketing strategy, including D2C, B2B, affiliates, partnerships, online, and offline efforts.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in direct-to-consumer digital marketplaces, eCommerce, SEM, performance media acquisition, and email/CRM retention. A strong background in consumer goods, supplements, alternative medicine, retail, organics, wellness, or canna with D2C achievements is required.

This senior-level marketer must have growth marketing strategy expertise, technical skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. They will lead a small internal team, manage transformation change, and drive growth while maintaining a focus on attracting and retaining customers through quality and community.
