Develop and implement strategic plans for marketing operations and projects to align with company goals and objectives.

Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns and projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet performance objectives.

Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentoring to drive success and foster a positive team culture.

Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within marketing operations and project management.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and analytics, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing initiatives.

Monitor and analyze marketing data and metrics to inform decision-making and optimize performance.

Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
