VP of Marketing & Growth

Cash Cow Capital is looking for an exceptional VP of Marketing & Growth to help launch and scale an exciting, technology-driven consumer services marketplace within our investment portfolio. We're seeking a strategic thinker, creative marketer, and hands-on leader who can develop a winning go-to-market strategy, build a powerful brand, and turn ambitious growth goals into measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive GTM plan from the ground up.

✅ Growth & Customer Acquisition: Build scalable strategies to attract, convert, and retain customers.

✅ Brand Development: Establish strong brand positioning, awareness, and market presence.

✅ Marketplace Growth: Drive both consumer demand and service-provider acquisition.

✅ Marketing Execution: Lead digital marketing, grassroots campaigns, strategic partnerships, and referral programs.

✅ Growth Leadership: Own marketing KPIs, optimize acquisition costs, build a high-performing team, and drive measurable business growth.

Who We're Looking For:

An entrepreneurial, results-driven marketing leader with proven experience launching or scaling consumer-facing startups, technology platforms, or two-sided marketplaces.

We're not looking for someone to simply manage marketing. We're looking for someone who can build the strategy, lead execution, and drive growth from day one. There will be performance bonuses and other incentives for the right candidates.
