Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

Location: Port Washington, New YorkJob Type: PermanentCompensation Range: $250,000 - 300,000 per yearYou will lead the unified marketing, creative, product, and eCommerce evolution for an industry-leading consumer packaged goods brand. • Direct full-funnel digital growth strategies across DTC, consumer marketplaces, and social commerce channels to drive measurable revenue.
• Lead and align multidisciplinary marketing, creative, product, and eCommerce teams under a unified, high-visibility strategic vision.
• Build scalable marketing infrastructure by integrating advanced analytics, unified KPI dashboards, and modern AI-enabled workflows.
• Collaborate with global sourcing and product development teams to integrate consumer insights into innovative new product launches.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience scaling consumer brands in the beauty, cosmetics, personal care, or CPG sectors.
• Proven expertise in driving digital performance marketing, including paid media, SEO, CRM, and marketplace growth strategies.
• Strong analytical background with a track record of building data-driven measurement frameworks and ROI-based budget allocations.
• Practical experience implementing AI technologies within marketing workflows, content creation, and personalization strategies.
• Bonus Points: Advanced degree in a relevant field or prior experience driving retail marketing strategy with mass or prestige beauty retailers.
