Location: Redmond, WashingtonJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $52.76 - 57.00 per hourWe are looking for a strategic marketer to take on a vital role in expanding the nascent handheld segment of our gaming ecosystem. In this position, you will be at the forefront of innovation, spearheading marketing initiatives for licensed peripheral collaborators and providing essential support to the broader Accessories division.If you are passionate about gaming hardware and want to drive growth in the next generation of handheld and peripheral technology, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:As a Product Marketing Manager, you will:Drive go-to-market (GTM) strategies for handheld console projects and core accessory initiatives.Facilitate the "Designed for Console" licensing program for third-party peripheral manufacturers.Coordinate across departments to launch high-impact campaigns and maintain synergy between internal stakeholders and external affiliates.Core Responsibilities Handheld & Peripherals GTM StrategyGTM Planning & Deployment:Partner with the GTM lead to establish a comprehensive roadmap and timeline for all project deliverables.Assist in creating and distributing product value propositions and promotional copy for internal teams and vendors.Oversee the GTM Rhythm of Business (ROB), including meeting orchestration, agenda setting, and progress reporting.Monitor GTM performance, providing oversight on retail channel support and post-launch analytics.Own the master GTM schedule, tracking critical milestones to ensure all project deadlines are met.Inventory & Logistics Oversight:Manage the distribution and tracking of hardware samples and loaner device programs.Ensure hardware readiness (firmware updates, account provisioning, and curated game libraries).Establish standard operating procedures and instructional guides for device testers.Distill technical specifications into persuasive narratives that resonate with the target audience.Fulfill high-priority requests for specialized marketing assets and content.Licensed Partner Marketing ProgramIntegrated Calendar: Formulate and maintain the third-party accessory marketing schedule alongside internal partners and licensees.Growth & Demand: Boost brand visibility and revenue through tactical marketing during major hardware launches and PR events.Relationship Management: Build robust communication channels, sync marketing efforts, and oversee the collection of assets (copy, 3D renders, and creative collateral).Multi-Channel Execution:Deploy integrated campaigns across official platforms (web, social, email marketing, and creator networks).Assist with the submission, feedback, and final approval cycles for all creative materials.Qualifications:Demonstrated background in product marketing, GTM strategy, or related functions within the tech or gaming industries.Advanced organizational and project management capabilities, with a knack for balancing competing deadlines.Articulate communication skills, both in writing and in person.Knowledge of marketing lifecycles for hardware and digital goods, including retail merchandising.Proven ability to interface with technical, retail, public relations, and event production teams.A cooperative work style with a focus on building professional bridges.Preferred Experience:Direct experience with gaming hardware, handhelds, or consumer electronics.Understanding of co-branding, licensing, and third-party product ecosystems.Technical proficiency in logistics management and hardware sample tracking.Insight into the gaming subscription landscape and cloud-based gaming services.JOBID: JN -122025-119991#LI-CELLA#LI-SS1#PLEqual Opportunity Employer: Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status.At Cella, a randstad digital company, we welcome people of all abilities and want to ensure that our hiring and interview process meets the needs of all applicants.
