Chasen Creative Media is looking for a motivated Events & Special Projects Coordinator for our LA office.

Location: LA HQ in Beverly Hills. Monday-Thursday in office, Friday WFH

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience planning and executing 360° events, brand activations, and special projects
• Strong experience with VIP mailers and unique deliveries
• Strong attention to detail, especially when assembling mailers, tracking inventory, and coordinating event materials
• Proven ability to project manage, multitask, and execute while maintaining composure in a very fast-paced environment
• Ability to problem-solve and adapt quickly in fast-paced, live event environments
• Excited about beauty and growth in the industry!

Must have

• 1+ year full-time working experience (outside of internships) in events & special projects
• Beauty industry knowledge

General Responsibilities

• Support events, VIP relations, and special projects across multiple clients
• Coordinate event logistics and experiential activations
• Assist with production and on-site execution of brand events
• Presentation decks and post-event recaps
• Analytics reporting and event performance tracking
• Provide daily support across multiple clients
• Meet deadlines in a very fast-paced environment

Salary $50-60k DOE
