Social Media Strategist

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a Creative Strategist × Account Manager who loves creative problem-solving, thrives on organization, and takes pride in owning client outcomes. This is a full-time, execution-heavy role for someone who wants to grow into leadership by earning trust through performance and become a true number two in a growing creative production agency.

Availability: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week

Work style: High ownership, fast-moving, detail-oriented

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships end-to-end
• Lead creative strategy and content direction
• Review and QA content before delivery
• Track performance and guide improvements
• Run weekly creative reviews and updates
• Maintain content calendars and workflows
• Identify and solve client bottlenecks
• Escalate issues appropriately and early

Experience

• Experience in social media, content strategy, or creative agencies
• Familiarity with short-form video platforms (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)
• Experience giving structured creative feedback
• Client-facing communication experience
• Strong written English and Loom/video feedback skills

• We are looking both at remote and local applicants to the greater South Bay area in Southern California.

Ideally, a local applicant can work in-office as well as remote in a hybrid position.
