Compensation $2,500–$3,500 per month based on experience

Cloud Scenic is a Long Beach based creative agency working with hospitality, lifestyle, and tech brands. We build performance driven social systems and document real execution as we scale.

We are hiring a Social Media Manager to join our in house team. This is not a junior role and not a posting only position. The right person understands platform behavior, works comfortably with data, and can clearly explain why content performs.

You will work directly with the founders and production team, contributing to strategy, distribution decisions, and performance analysis across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook.

This role is full time and in house. It is designed for someone who wants responsibility, visibility, and ownership.

What You Will Do

Own social performance across multiple brand accounts

Contribute to weekly content and distribution strategy

Review performance metrics and explain what is working and why

Translate analytics into clear recommendations and next steps

Collaborate closely with the production team on shoots and creative direction

Apply platform SEO to improve discoverability

Identify performance issues and propose informed solutions

Contribute to internal systems and documentation

What We Are Looking For

Professional experience managing social media for brands or businesses

Strong understanding of analytics and platform performance

Ability to explain decisions using data not opinion

Comfortable contributing ideas and insights in team discussions

Full time availability for in house work in Long Beach

Comfortable being visible in behind the scenes team content

Organized proactive and accountable

Bonus Highly Valued

Experience in hospitality food and beverage or lifestyle brands

Experience working closely with production or creative teams

Familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools such as Later Metricool or Sprout

Experience documenting process or contributing to internal systems
