Demand & Lead Generation

Team Leadership & Development

Budget & Financial Management

Requirements for the Chief Marketing Officer - Chicago, IL
The successful candidate will be an accomplished marketing executive with a demonstrated history of success within the highly regulated and complex medical device industry. We are seeking a unique blend of strategic vision, operational excellence, and inspirational leadership.
Executive Experience
A minimum of 15 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5-7 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., VP of Marketing, CMO) for a medical device, life sciences, or healthcare technology company.
Industry Expertise
Deep and demonstrable experience within the medical device sector is mandatory. Experience with Class II or Class III devices is highly preferred. Must possess a thorough understanding of the clinical and economic buyer journey within hospital and outpatient settings.
Educational Background
