The Opportunity
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Manager to bolster our Base Ads team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the seamless execution of advertising campaigns, including trafficking ads, ensuring creative quality, refining targeting strategies, and monitoring campaign performance across multiple channels. Your efforts will help ensure our campaigns are compliant with publisher standards and regulatory requirements while achieving exceptional performance for both our advertisers and publishers.

What You'll Do
- Oversee the complete operational setup and execution of paid advertising campaigns across various global channels, including social media, search, display, and programmatic platforms.
- Upload, conduct quality assurance on, and launch creative assets while ensuring compliance with internal standards, publisher policies, and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with compliance teams to review ads for approval before they go live.
- Configure and enhance campaign structures, targeting, and budgets to hit performance and pacing goals.
- Vigilantly monitor campaigns in both publisher dashboards and internal reporting systems; troubleshoot any delivery and tracking discrepancies that arise.
- Generate, validate, and share reports with channel managers and leadership, emphasizing issues and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain comprehensive trafficking documentation and operational processes to minimize errors and enhance efficiency.
- Act as the subject matter expert on ad system mechanics, platform policy updates, and relevant new features impacting campaign operations.
What We Look For In You
- 3-5 years of experience in ad operations, campaign trafficking, or paid media execution.
- Hands-on experience with Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and/or demand-side platforms (DSPs).
- Strong understanding of pacing, delivery metrics, targeting strategies, bids, placements, and conversion tracking.
- Experience in reviewing creative to ensure compliance with ad platform and legal standards.
- Process-oriented, with meticulous attention to detail, and capable of executing flawlessly under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in fintech, crypto, or similarly regulated sectors.
- Familiarity with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) and management of tags/pixels.
- SQL or scripting skills for advanced campaign analysis.
- Knowledge of attribution methodologies and performance measurement techniques.
