💰 $165k–$195k base + bonus + excellent benefits

We’re hiring a VP of Performance Marketing to lead the transformation and execution of performance marketing across our US portfolio, with scope to scale globally. This is a senior leadership role shaping strategy, building a new Marketing Performance Centre of Excellence (CoE), and driving measurable growth, ROI, and customer engagement across multiple channels.

What you’ll do

• Set and own the Performance Marketing strategy, aligning marketing and commercial objectives to deliver growth and ROI.
• Establish and lead a Performance Marketing CoE, defining standards, governance, and operating rhythms in partnership with a delivery agency.
• Oversee performance across paid media, lifecycle/email, CRO & experimentation, web management, SEO/discoverability, audience segmentation, and analytics.
• Partner with Portfolio VPs, CMOs, and senior stakeholders to align budgets, priorities, and performance insights with wider business goals.
• Translate data into clear recommendations, roadmaps, and investment decisions for senior leadership.

• Strong governance, clean data, and consistent reporting across portfolios
• Improved ROAS / ROMI, CAC, conversion rates, pipeline and revenue influence
• Faster test‑and‑learn cycles with scalable experimentation and insight sharing

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience building and leading performance marketing or growth functions in complex, matrixed organisations
• Deep expertise across paid media, lifecycle marketing, CRO/UX, web governance, SEO, and marketing analytics
• Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder influence, and experience managing agency partners and SLAs
• Passion for data‑driven decision making, continuous improvement, and modern marketing technology (AI/automation a plus)
