About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to serve as a visionary and charismatic leader, with a focus on driving integrated growth and market share gains. The CMO will be the passionate brand steward, responsible for bringing to life a new brand identity centered on health, sustainability, and equity. This role demands a digital-first, social-first mindset to create disruptive, culturally relevant marketing concepts and ensure the brand's purpose is as compelling as its performance. The successful candidate will lead the development and execution of bold, consumer-centric marketing strategies, and be a critical member of the business unit's leadership team, with a mission to double the business and the impact on homes by 2030.

Key responsibilities for the CMO include delivering integrated consumer and customer marketing plans, leading the annual strategic and commercial planning, and ensuring flawless execution across all touchpoints. The role also involves driving innovation, shaping the communication strategy, and managing partnerships, alliances, and influencer relationships. The ideal candidate will be a values-based leader, committed to team development, and will work to fuel a culture of care, growth, and collaboration. They must be adept at leveraging insights and analytics to anticipate consumer needs, and be responsible for financial performance, setting budgets, and tracking performance to maximize ROI. The CMO will also be instrumental in the company's mission to become consumer-obsessed and will play a crucial role in the brand's packaging development and optimization.
