Role Overview

We are seeking an innovative Chief Marketing Officer of Growth Strategies who can lead and inspire a talented team to surpass our revenue goals. In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for crafting and implementing groundbreaking growth initiatives focused on our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) segment. You will guide strategic planning and spearhead performance marketing across various paid media channels. We need a proven leader with a strong background in managing substantial media budgets, both digital and traditional, with a successful track record of achieving customer acquisition targets and maximizing customer lifetime value (LTV).

The ideal candidate will be essential in developing a comprehensive growth marketing strategy, enhancing marketing effectiveness, and staying attuned to market trends to identify and capitalize on new opportunities for growth. To be considered, you should have at least 7 years of experience in DTC subscription and traditional e-commerce, including a minimum of 3 years leading growth within a rapidly expanding digitally native organization.
